What can we do for you?

We design and produce guides for estate planning and elder law attorneys, that introduce their firm, the services they provide and why they are important. We then provide the guide to them in both a printed (typically a 1000-2000 copies per year) and digital format, on a completely FREE OF CHARGE basis.

Why should you consider having a guide produced by us?

We understand that a large part of the service you provide is geared towards EDUCATION. A survey conducted by Caring.com in 2023 found that 2 out of 3 Americans do not have any type of estate planning document, Despite the obvious benefits to the service you provide, the majority of people fail to act and take advantage of them. There are a myriad of reasons for this, however, we believe the solution to solving this problem is EDUCATION. We understand that when you have an opportunity to explain to someone, in simple terms, what the problems are that you solve and what the benefits to your service are, the majority of people will gladly enlist your help. Our publications are designed to help you achieve that goal.

Every brochure we produce is personalized and branded to the firm we are working with and designed to promote YOUR MESSAGE and to EDUCATE the reader. Typically they feature attorney biographies, a guide to the services offered and how you approach providing them. However, there are no constraints – our goal is to produce the guide YOU want. Furthermore, the guides are full color and produced to table top quality ensuring you will be proud to display and distribute it.

How do we produce your guide free of charge?

We will design and print your brochure on a completely free of charge basis. The associated costs will be covered by selling a LIMITED amount of advertising within your guide to associated services – financial planner, CPA, insurance agent, funeral director, assisted living facility, home care agency etc. Your organization will have complete control over the businesses we approach and final veto over any potential advertisers.

All adverts are designed tastefully, with a view to providing the reader of the guide with details of a local organization that will be able to help them with the issues that are addressed within your guide i.e a CPA that can help with estate tax planning, a funeral director that can provide a pre-paid funeral plan that helps with a person’s medicaid planning, an insurance agent that offers long term care insurance etc.

To reiterate, your organization will have COMPLETE CONTROL over, not only businesses featured in your guide, but also, who we approach on your behalf. We will be happy to supply you with details of all the businesses we would typically consider contacting, prior to starting your sales campaign, so you can tell us who you are happy for us to approach. This way, we ensure no existing relationships you have with businesses in your community will be affected negatively.
